Manual tracking of compliance deadlines is error-prone and time-consuming. StaffIQ's automated alerts do the heavy lifting — here's how to set them up.
Step 1: Set Your Thresholds
Navigate to Settings → Alerts and configure when you want to be notified. We recommend 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days before expiry for most checks.
Step 2: Choose Recipients
Select who receives each alert type. Typically, HR managers get everything, while school admins receive alerts only for their school.
Step 3: Enable Escalation
For checks within 30 days of expiry, enable escalation to the head teacher or DSL. This ensures nothing falls through the cracks during busy periods.
Once configured, StaffIQ checks every night and sends email digests each morning. You can also view all upcoming expirations on the Compliance dashboard.
